Return And Cancellation Policy
For Digital Products (eBooks)
- All eBook purchases are final. Once the eBook has been purchased and the download link is provided, no refunds or cancellations will be accepted.
- This is due to the nature of digital goods, which cannot be “returned” once delivered.
- Please read the book descriptions and samples (if available) carefully before making a purchase.
For Print Books (Physical Copies)
- If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or defective physical book, you may request a replacement or refund within 7 days of delivery.
- You must email us with your order number, description of the issue, and clear photos showing the problem.
- After review, we will either:
- Send a replacement copy, or
- Issue a refund, depending on the situation.
Cancellation Policy
- eBook orders cannot be canceled once placed, as the download link is provided immediately.
- For print book orders, if the order has not yet been shipped, you may request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order.
- Once the book has been shipped, cancellations will not be accepted.
Refund Processing
- If your refund is approved, the amount will be returned to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- To request a refund, please email us with the following details:
- Order number
- Name and email address
- Description of the issue
- Photos (if applicable)

Author’s Discretion
- All return, refund, and cancellation requests will be reviewed by the author or website administrator on a case-by-case basis.
