Return And Cancellation Policy

 For Digital Products (eBooks)

  • All eBook purchases are final. Once the eBook has been purchased and the download link is provided, no refunds or cancellations will be accepted.
  • This is due to the nature of digital goods, which cannot be “returned” once delivered.
  • Please read the book descriptions and samples (if available) carefully before making a purchase.

 For Print Books (Physical Copies)

  • If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or defective physical book, you may request a replacement or refund within 7 days of delivery.
  • You must email us with your order number, description of the issue, and clear photos showing the problem.
  • After review, we will either:
    • Send a replacement copy, or
    • Issue a refund, depending on the situation.

 Cancellation Policy

  • eBook orders cannot be canceled once placed, as the download link is provided immediately.
  • For print book orders, if the order has not yet been shipped, you may request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order.
  • Once the book has been shipped, cancellations will not be accepted.

 Refund Processing

  • If your refund is approved, the amount will be returned to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • To request a refund, please email us with the following details:
    • Order number
    • Name and email address
    • Description of the issue
    • Photos (if applicable)

 Author’s Discretion

  • All return, refund, and cancellation requests will be reviewed by the author or website administrator on a case-by-case basis.
  • The final decision regarding acceptance or denial of any request will rest with the author.
